SATISFACTORY PROGRESS
Students must maintain satisfactory progress toward the successful completion of the competencies required for their chosen field of study.
1. Each DXATC training program instructor will provide students with specific information regarding the satisfactory progress requirements for the courses required for the program.
2. Progress reports will be provided by the course instructor to the student on a regular basis, with a minimum of a monthly report. A copy of the monthly report will be given to the Director of Student Services, the appropriate Academic Director, and the student.
- Students who fail to meet satisfactory progress requirements in the DXATC Programs that require more intense competencies may require stiffer standards for satisfactory progress. These standards are clearly identified in Classroom Disclosure Documents provided to incoming students in each program.
- Each student will be given a “course syllabus” outlining everything that the student needs to follow to complete the class successfully. If you do not get a “class syllabus” be sure and request one from your instructor. These documents are very important and are used as a contract between the instructor and the student.
