The DXATC leases a 4,500 sq. ft. building from Rocky Mountain Company for diesel mechanic training. This building was designed by RMC to serve as their diesel service facility. The three-bay garage has been remodeled. New equipment and tools are available for students. A modular classroom building was built by the ATC and placed on the property to provide classroom, office, and restroom space for the program. The classroom building is 2,400 sq. ft. in size and is owned by the DXATC.
In addition to the main campus building, the Dixie ATC has a partnership arrangement with Dixie State College to use space on the DSC campus for the Auto Body program and the CADD Drafting program offered by the ATC.
Auto Body Program Facility

Auto Body Lab
The auto body facility was originally designed by Dixie State College for auto body training. The building is equipped with equipment and tools that are up to date and used each day by auto body shops. The building has modern paint mixing and paint booth areas. A parking area for class projects is available.
Drafting Program Facility

Jennings Building – Room 108
The drafting classroom/lab was designed as a drafting lab when the Jennings Building was designed and built by Dixie State College. The facility is large, well maintained and has CAD/Drafting stations to accommodate approximately 30 students. State of the art software and instruction is provided.
